Piece Keeper, by Antwan Floyd

if you want mystery/suspense, crime, and a love triangle- come right here!

i could not put this down, and read through it in one sitting. the very beginning had me wondering what was going on (though the initial first few chapters are extremely intense, and may be sensitive to read for some.) but this was definitely a page turner.

james had me definitely wondering what his MO was at first- i didn't know what was going on, in the best way... what Teresa experienced, i wouldn't wish on anybody, ever. 

the only thing i would have liked differently with this book is if we got the 3-person POV. so we could really see into the main characters thought process of everything that was going on, but that’s just a me-thing. but antwan floyd definitely kept readers on edge through this book either way. 

and i'm glad to see Black Love will be returning in book 2 of this series! can't wait to start the next one 🩷
