Losers, by Harley Laroux

this book was SPY-CEE!

at times i caught myself feeling like it was a little too much (and that's saying something coming from me. haha!) but then i had to step back and remember that this is a MMFMM, so we have a lot of characters to dig into.

in short though we have Jess who spent high school making Vincent, Manson, Lucas, and Jason feel like they were outcast, and at times beneath her- but like most high schoolers, its those hidden insecurities talking... it's the after college years that we really dig into the characters though and who they've become.

i did enjoy how we got to see them as individuals, who their were with partners, and how they functioned as a group. (i do wish it was a little more of the dark/suspense involved- but i'm wondering if we'll get that in the next book, since this book is only part one of two.)

Jess has her own relationship and connection with each guy individually, but personally- i really think her and Manson have the deepest chemistry and connection. they seem to have the deepest conversations and she seemed to be the most at ease with him.

but again, this was a really interesting, spicy, and intense read- and i can't wait to get into Part 2 and see what happens next! 🩷
