King of Sloth, by Ana Huang

this was Book 4 in the Kings of Sin series, and i loved this one.

when it comes to movies, outside of the occassional military film- i'm a HUGE rom-com lover! and i think this was the perfect ode to rom-coms.

Xavier was so incredibily sweet and laid back, a true free spirit (though we did see that edge peek out when the situation called for it.) i really like that he was able to crack through the walls and guards that Sloane had up, but also how she was able to ground him a little, and give him that motivational push when it was needed.

this book wasn't as mysterious or emotional as a few of the other books from Ana, in my opinion- but i think that's what makes it stand out on it's on.

we also get to reconnect with so many of the previous characters from other, so that's always a nice treat.

super excited excited to see what we're going to get from our "mystery man" in King of Envy! 🩷
